The Jackson Nanny Speaks!

Paris and Prince sans Blanket

Paris and Prince sans Blanket

First, I must apologize for my absence from the written page for the last few days. I’ve been swamped with work following the death of Michael Jackson. As the author of a book about my investigative findings of his life I’ve been overwhelmed with requests for interviews and articles and OpEd columns. But THIS I had to stop and share with you.  Grace Rwaramba has spoken, in an article in the London Times!  In the world of Michael Jackson this is equivalence of a nuclear bomb going off. Grace Rwaramba the closest thing to a wife Michael Jackson ever had.  When the children arrived it was Grace who was there to swaddle them, hold them, feed them and give them the only “Mother Figure” they’ve ever known. She was like a roommate to Michael Jackson for some 15 years – and was rewarded for her devotion, she says, by repeatedly being fired and rehired.  When her lupus flared to an alarming degree she finally decided she would never go back. Now that the biological mother of the oldest two children, Debbie Rowe, says she doesn’t want custody Grace could have a shot at gaining custody of the kids.  Or maybe the sperm donor (which Rowe now acknowledges) would come forward. (He is a long time friend/business acquaintance of both Jackson and Rowe) The bottom line to the immediate  nuclear fallout here:  Grace is finally confirming the bizarre, nomadic, delusional and dangerous way Michael Jackson lived his life. She also reveals that the matriarch of the family – Katherine Jackson – called her after Michael died to quiz her about “where the money was hidden.”  Grace says there wasn’t any.  The article is written by journalist Daphne Barack.

Grace Rwaramba, the Nanny, Spills Secrets

Grace was a witness to Jackson’s abuse of prescription drugs. She said he took a mixture of them — in her words, “he always ate too little and mixed too much”.  “I had to pump his stomach many times . . . He always mixed so much of it. There was one period that it was so bad that I didn’t let the children see him.” She claims he was furious with her for getting his mother and sister Janet to help. “We tried to do an intervention. It was me, Janet, his mother. I co-ordinated it. He was so angry with me. “He screamed at me, ‘You betrayed my trust. You called them behind my back.’ I told him, ‘Michael I didn’t betray your trust. I try to help you.’ But he didn’t want to listen. That was one of the times he let me go.” via What nanny who worked for Michael Jackson saw – Times Online.

Grace Rwaramba has issued a partial denial to the above story.  Most specifically she denies ever having pumped Michael Jackson’s stomach.  Her statement, issued on the web site of a friend, also denies she ever spoke to the Times of  But the story posted there is NOT from a Times of London reporter it was written under the by-line of freelance journalist Daphne Barack.  It is interesting to note in her statement Rwaramba does not deny other major portions of the story by Barack.  Most notably she does not deny Jackson’s rampant drug abuse.

Thank You Diane!

I am simply sick of all the hero worship! Yeah, he was a fantastic entertainer but every single one of Michael Jackson's problems, he created himself and deserves all the credit for. Talented performer but screwed up beyond measure of human being.

My heart breaks for all the true victims involved….the children, all of them

From the photos of Paris and Prince…I question the diet or lack of they have been subjected to? Stress itself can kill. Under those conditions children withdraw even more and cope as well as they can. Add coverings over their heads and isolated from the public, this simply was a form of bondage. I sincerely hope all of these kids are placed within truly loving and attentive homes once and for all where they may experience normalcy. Thank you Ms. Dimond for exemplary coverage!

Ms Dimond, I have watched your reporting for a number of years and admire you quality of reporting.I feel sorrow for the children, and the fact that Jackson did die, but it was his choice to take the pills and what ever..They need to lay him to rest or remember that book WHERES WALDO>>>>> WHERES MICHAEL>Enough of a circus already.

Diane Diamond is a B…. and got rich off MICHAEL just like all the evil users around him. I just hate that so msny of us bought what the media said about him..many of us were ignorant to the media and how they lie to sell stories and air time..we were brain washed by freedom of speeck and GOD and other words we truly did not knoe that the media was so GODLESS and would disregard his teaching to sell their stories and to make money…greed…but remember, there is a GOD and HE seek revenge on thoes who harm HIS and MICHAEL was/is HIS ..Who gave him all his talent and soul?:

Diane, I admire you, and brought your book, but can you possibly issue a retraction of this story, seeing as how it was untrue, tabloid gossip, and has been denied by Grace herself? Do you have that bit of decency in you, or are you so full of hate, for a man whose career you ruined for your "journalistic" gain?

DianeDimond July 24, 2009 at 3:48 am

I did update the Nanny Speaks piece with her retraction. However, its my experience that when people get exposed telling what they really think they often deny it later.

Ms. Dimond:

Thank you for all the reporting you do, love to watch you!! I have questions for you… why did Michael Jackson wear makeup, lipstick, eyeliner and blush? Also, I intend to purchase your book, but can you tell us was he gay? Last, is Debbie Rowe the biological parent of his two oldest children and does Blanket belong to Michael? Thanks so much!! Lorinda

DianeDimond July 24, 2009 at 3:53 am

I have no evidence that Michael Jackson was gay. I know there is a new book out there claiming that but I just don't know. Why did he wear make up? Obviously because he thought it made him look more attractive. Yes, I beleive Debbie Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest. Blanket is legally Jackson's son but who his real parents were is anyone's guess. Thanks for writing!

She's an interesting character this nanny! Some say she was MJ's ladyfriend (although apparently she's married!) some say his keeper. You say in your article Diane that she was the "closest thing to a wife" that he had, I guess you don't subscribe to the Presley/Jackson marriage being real then! I must admit the jury is out on that one. If you are familiar with Bob Jones' book you will know his views on the whole thing, although he does maintain that LMP was smitten with MJ but it was unrequited. Please write a piece on the MJ FBI files would love to hear your views, particularly on the "train incident". I remember seeing a piece that you did for ET about MJ turning up on the Home Alone 2 set in Chicago in winter 1992. On that footage Macaulay Culkin says that MJ is on a train journey across the country. This would tie in with the timeline in the FBI files which says 7/2/92! I bet we can all guess who is "cousin" was on the train! By the way Merry Christmas from Australia!
