When u get married u basically enter into a legal agreement to above all be faithful. In states like NJ where cheating is not illegal-there r no consequnces! if there's a divorce everything is divided equally! Cheating should be a crime! It is a crime and short of that the laws should stipulate the cheating spouce is entitled to nothing or certainly less than half in the event of a divorce!

The crime is a misdemeanor in Florida, so I doubt anyone would seek to bring charges. Tiger has no criminal record, so a guilty plea wouldn't land him in jail...more likely a small fine. And I'd be curious to see when the last someone was charged and/or convicted of adultery.
But as far as breaking the law goes, I wouldn't be surprised if the IRS is interested in how Tiger Woods paid for the hush money, travel plans for women to all the far off locations, etc. Most likely those payments came out of the Tiger Woods Foundation or his business ... same goes for John Edwards."

" I agree. Just because a sports star who makes $40 million a year tried to seem like the ultimate family man and had unprotected sex with 12-17 women NOT his wife.. uh, that's NOT news. Get BACK to reporting that Sarah Palin is the mother of her own grandchild, dammit!"
